Mykonos is a popular place for a wedding proposal and there are just so many spectacular locations. When it arrives time to pop the question, Mykonos has a significant number of options for you to choose from.
This last year I have had the incredible opportunity to work at Kalesma Hotel in Mykonos. If you are looking for a private and intimate wedding proposal with a luxury touch, Kalesma Mykonos is your place.
A brand new boutique lifestyle hotel uniquely designed in the style of a traditional Mykonian village. The minimal design and understated luxury have been carefully crafted by K-Studio. The luxury hotel combines traditional and Cycladic architectural elementslike white-washed walls with a neutral color palette.
Strategically located on the hillside overlooking Ornos Bay. All the luxury suites and villas include a private pool, terrace, and sea views to enjoy the Aegean. Especial mention The Sunset Lounge where you can watch the sun disappearance below the horizon
After creating a detailed plan, Christopher decided Kalesma in Mykonos, would be an ideal place for him to propose to his girlfriend; he was totally spot on!
After the initial surprise set, I took them around the hotel for a portrait session to celebrate their engagement. Though there had been a bit of wind, we lucked out and enjoyed glorious golden sunshine throughout their session.
A general misconception is that wedding and engagement rings are the same. They are different pieces of jewelry, and this De Beers diamond ring is the best sample you can undoubtedly have.
Christopher got down on one knee and asked for her hand. It’s a true honor to be asked to document these memorable moments that will last forever.
